Lobbi is free to start. The free plan gives you two fully branded waiting rooms, Google Meet, and Slack notifications, with no card and no trial clock. Lobbi Pro, for teams that need more, is coming soon.

- No credit card is required to sign up, and the free plan doesn’t expire.
- Lobbi Pro: coming soon. Native Zoom and Microsoft Teams integrations are planned for Pro. Pricing hasn’t been announced.

What can you do on the free plan?
Everything you need to run a branded waiting room for your calls:
- Build two waiting rooms. Paste your website URL and Lobbi’s AI pulls in your logo, colors, imagery, and messaging to create four designs. Pick one, customize it, or build from scratch.
- Share a permanent link for each. One link works for unlimited meetings, in invites, booking pages, and email signatures.
- Welcome guests properly. A personal greeting, your host card, and content like a video, an agenda, case studies, or links.
- Check guests in. Optionally ask for name, email, phone, and one question of your own.
- Know when they arrive. See who’s waiting in your dashboard and get Slack notifications.
- Handle running late. Tell waiting guests you’re running late, or have the message appear automatically after a wait you choose.
- Start the call. With Google Meet connected, Lobbi creates the meeting link when you admit a guest. For Zoom or Teams, add your meeting link to the lobby.
What’s coming in Lobbi Pro?
Lobbi Pro is in development for teams that outgrow the free plan. Native Zoom and Microsoft Teams integrations, where Lobbi creates the meeting for you as it already does with Google Meet, are planned for Pro. We haven’t published Pro pricing yet. Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with your email and start building. There’s no card and no trial period.
Is the free plan time-limited?
No. The free plan is not a trial. You can keep using your two waiting rooms for as long as you like.
Do guests pay or need an account?
No. Guests open your lobby link in any browser. They don’t need an account, an app, or a plan.
Does Lobbi charge per meeting or per guest?
No. Each lobby link works for unlimited meetings on the free plan.
Can I use Zoom or Teams on the free plan?
Yes. Add your Zoom or Teams meeting link to a lobby and Lobbi sends guests to it when you admit them. See the Zoom and Teams guides.
